Viewing features in the Navigator Window

A compact view of all feature are accessible in the Navigator window. To access this feature:

1. Open the Navigator window using the keyboard shorcut Ctrl+6.

2. Select Feature View at the top of the window (selected by default):

3. All sequence features are now displayed as a list ordered by location in the panel.

Selecting a feature in the viewer using the feature navigator

1. Select the feature you are interested in.

2. Right-click to open the contextual menu and select the "Select in Viewer" item.

3. Alternatively double-click on the feature.
